Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Delivery fee will not be refunded.
Please note, personalised items with a crest and/or initials cannot be returned.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are certain types of products that we are unable to return or exchange. These goods are custom products (personalisation) which are any items that have a team crest or initials and also include:
- Custom printed clothing that was ordered in the wrong colour, size or style.
- Custom printed clothing that you have now changed your mind.
- Custom clothing print that contains errors such as grammatical and spelling mistakes that was provided to us by the customer. Also, this includes low resolution images for print.
- Garments damaged due misuse of care instructions.
- Items initialed and crested cannot be returned.
Although we take care with your order, you must thoroughly review all of your product options and design selections first.
Please get in touch with us right away if you discover a mistake with your order. Before production, we'll be pleased to fix it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
