Q: How many days does it take to process my order?
A: It will take 4-5 working days to process your order but this can vary under some circumstances.
DUE TO THE CURRENT CIRCUMSTANCES AND DISRUPTIONS TO SUPPLY CHAIN BEYOND OUR CONTROL, ORDERS ARE TAKING UP BETWEEN 2-3 WORKING WEEKS APPROXIMATELY.
Q: Can I get any type of design on my clothes?
A: Yes, all types of prints and embroideries can be implemented where possible.
Q: Do I have to pay a deposit or upfront?
A: Payment can be made via a deposit, payment upfront or on collection.
Q: Is there a minimum I have to order?
A: No, you can order as little or as much as you please.
Q: What forms of payment do you take?
A: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, cheques and bank transfer.
Q: What are your opening times
A: We are open from Monday to Saturday from 9am - 6pm.
Q: What is the process for ordering a product?
A: What you will need to do is firstly pick out the product(s) of your choosing. If you do not require any prints or embroideries you can just call into the shop or phone up and make the order. If you require a print or embroidery then you will need to hash this out with our Graphic designer Shantel and once the design has approved it will then go into be printed/embroidered and be ready for collection a few days later.
