Delivery & Shipping Information (UK & Ireland Orders)
At Jako Sports, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read the details below to understand our delivery process, timeframes, and terms.
Dispatch Timeframes

We strive to dispatch all standard orders within 7-10 business days.

For Club or Education products (Customised items), please allow an additional 7–14 business days for production before dispatch.
Important Notes

The first working day of your order begins on the first full business day after the order is placed.

Bank Holidays and Public Holidays are not considered business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be impacted by external factors such as courier delays, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Jako Sports cannot be held responsible for such delays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your courier tracking details.
Free Delivery

Free delivery is available on orders over €100 (after discounts).

Oversized or heavy items may not qualify. Delivery charges for these items will be displayed at checkout.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Jako Sports cannot be held liable for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect details.

If a delivery is missed and returned to us:

A refund will be issued minus the original shipping fee and any return costs we incur.

If you would like the order resent, additional shipping charges may apply.

Managing Your Delivery

Track your order using the details provided in your dispatch email.

Ensure your delivery details are correct before placing your order.

If you will not be present at the expected delivery time, you must notify the courier or make alternative arrangements.

Couriers may leave parcels at your property in a location they deem safe unless you provide clear delivery instructions.
Liability After Delivery

Once a parcel has been delivered to the specified address, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Neither Jako Sports nor the courier can be held liable for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.

If your delivery instructions were not followed (e.g. parcel left in an unsafe location), contact us within 2 business days with evidence so we can investigate.
Damaged Parcels & Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve your issue quickly:

Provide clear photos of the parcel (before opening) and the packaging condition.

Retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
Delivery Delays & Customer Support
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please remember delays can occur due to factors outside our control. Timeframes provided are intended as guidance, not guarantees.
Our Customer Service team will respond to queries within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Please include your order number in all correspondence for faster resolution.
